What’s MSME?

As per the revised classification MSMEs are now classified under Micro, Small and Medium as per their investment and annual turnover of 5 Crore (about 0.6 Mn USD), 50 Crore (about 6Mn USD) and 250 Cr for Manufacturing Enterprises and Enterprises rendering Services.

As of April 2024, nearly 2.63 Crore (26.3 Mn) units have been registered in Udyam portal in India
