Our associates are mostly themselves an MSME. Running their own businesses – usually of consulting in a particular area of expertise and knowledge having executed part or the whole projects themselves and having a retained set of clients. We only use their expertise to support part of the projects based on their domain

Associates being the key to the project execution are provided a 90:10 of the project incomes subject to 100% satisfaction from the client on delivery against the measurement agreed upon

A clear delivery model establishes the project scope and outcomes based on timelines and the payments are made on execution irrespective of the clients payment processing
